My spiritual Master has been sharing much wisdom about speech for a very long time. He shares that we don't need to talk about countless things, but can chant instead. Chant mantras to purify your heart and soul. He has also shared about a sacred sentence that says "don't let the mantra leave your mouth". Master Sha asks his students to chant all the time. Chanting can actually help us move through karmic blockages. I am so grateful that I am beginning to understand this wisdom now. Indeed, it took me a very long time. Master Sha also shares our words are messages that we giving out to everyone and the universe. What kind of message would you like to give out? I want it to be positive, hopeful and helpful. Everything is Karma. Our speech can cause much damage and at the same used positively can use to help, guide and make others happier and healthier. Whatever you put out, will come back to you many folds. Lets try our best to serve with our speech.
